suggestion: possibly /bg leader the leader of each group in the bg (/bg groups to see - it's magic that command) but not if they're complete twonks

that way they won't all be /sending you when someone LDs or falls behind

(I think 2m is a fair wait for LDs, if they do it more than twice in a row though just leave them )
