A guild mate of mine asked for help on /gu with Belt of Sun today. Needing credit, i went off to help him. Anohter guildie came to assist and a passing Necro. We were quite happily pulling the protectors, killing away, then all of a sudden, none left!

Great we thought, who has the key? we can go get the belt, we all get credit, and we are all happy.

But wait...none of us had the key, how strange!

It turns out that Mkay and a few friends (who i passed 20-30 mins earlier at Belt of the Moon) had decided it was there right and duty to screw us over. Apparently this is to be expected, everyone does it. Atleast that is what Mkay has told me.

The thing that REALLY gets me annoyed tho, is that if they had the decency to ask, and we formed one group, we would have all been happy. My group only needed credit, he could have had the belt & credit.

imo you can't put the blame on others in this subject. I have farmed this artifact couple of times and yes ppl were on the other side many times not even listening to me. i think i must have been lucky, i got this artifact on the 2nd day toa had gone live on euro, nobody else was there, got the arti 1st time. whenever i swing by there, there is usually someone camping it.

Personally I don't think that the GM of AoR should do sth cause all of AoR are tight to each other cause to them the game is more for fun and friendships are more important than a stupid game. I wouldn't want to tell a friend (if I was the GM) that "Sorry m8 but because the game is more important for me than my rl I have to spank your ass and throw you out of our guild". All fuckards that see the game as rl can easily go and jurk off theirselves to calm down. Saw there that Mkay ruined your Suturday. ROLF again m8. You are sooooooo pathetic. Artifact stealers when they KNOW they are doing something to purposefully screw up other peoples hard work, deserve this kind of thing and all I can say is that I am glad the person in question isn't in our alliance. If you say actions shouldn't be taken against someone in guild who is a theif, if says just about as much about you as it does the theif.

i spoke to mkay and basically he was like it happend to me so im allowed to do it to others, such ignorance, and when i pm'd the GM she mysteriously logged about 30s later.. could be co-incidence like..

I musta been lucky when i did my belt i had ALL the island uncamped but some necro beat us to sun after we'd done moon.. bleh.

I m really sorry for the incident. We spend alot of time talking in guild about how we should behave and play, especially with the young ones. Bad luck I wasnt logged to solve it at the moment it happened, I didnt logged the whole Saturday, except few mins in the morning to check smthing.
