missing NPC?

Hi ppl,

These forums don't talk much of quests, but I'm stuck with one so I thought I'd give it a try .

My quest log says to talk with Ely at the merchants outside Caer Gothwaite. I think I've looked everywhere, but this Ely seems to have taken some time off - or I overlooked him after all... All tips on where to find him are greatly appreciated .

If u go north of the harbour down the road, u get to that smallish village and Ely the person u are looking for is there.
