Saw lots of people who had this little problem, so for all those that dont know it yet, here is the way to fix it:
The problem comes from using a custom UI which does not have a frontier-compatible siege window. To get one, just copy the siege_window.xml from your toa\ui\atlantis directory into your toa\ui\custom directory.
Instead of the atlantis dir you can of course use the one from any other standard ui-dir aswell ( SI/classic/hib/mid/alb etc).
If you are logged in while making the change then you need to relog, or at least zone (reloads the ui) for the change to take effect.
