Not sure what you plan to do as a mincer (group or solo?).

I would suggest losing the +instruments to make space for more quickness. Insts will only affect your ability to pet (OK, OK, it also contributes about +1 shout damage per point of +inst). So assuming that you keep a spare drum/gloves/whatever with +inst on it (for PvE petting purposes) you can safely lose this skill to make room for something more important.

Otherwise, a pretty reasonable template. Only other comments are:

1 - That there's not much overcapping going on here

2 - That you aren't using CTR (why? Does an extra 5% resists that stack with the normal 26% resists not appeal to you? ;))

3 - You are using Phoebus harp, but don't have a second arti on your back to use for charge purposes (my mincer wields Malice and has Battler on his back for the debuff charge). Even go hunt for a RoG weapon with +haste or a dmg-add charge... You've gone to the trouble of freeing up an extra slot by levelling the harp, so take advantage of that!
