This is made with only 99% itamz!
Most important is having maximum hits and good resist all the time. You will get hit/nuked, be it with instruments or s/s in hands. Most offensive mele related stats is on s/s.
Ive chosen to focus on stealth when using drum/flute, be it to sneak in to mezz someone (flute) or stop suddenly from speed and stealth (drum).....
It is possible to make a better template with some MP pieces or drops. Like this SI quest reward for 1.61:

just get a piece of paper, a pen and write down what you have bare naked with only items, then start adding the stuff you want..
PS: you should cap all mele ressit (slash, crush and thrust), and also body, heat and energy
rest is bs specially if your a solo minstrel..
