Minstrel Sc Help

I've got two templates, almost identical, although i've got one little problem in which resists would be more important. In one template, i've got Heat and Cold overcapped, Spirit at 20%, and Crush at 23%. In the other template, i've got Heat and Cold uncapped at 20%, and Spirit overcapped and crush capped.

Can anyone tell me which template would be more useful as a minstrel please?.

Crush = chain = +10%, spirit = +5 racial, 20%'s fine imo-
