I don't really think SoS will be worth taking above level 1 tbh. It's speed 4, and breaks with any action other than healing (including starting your own speed song). It's basically there as a quick get away tool, and the extra points would be better spent on higher purge, IP or AM.
There are a few nice changes but a lot more nerfs. Most of the class defining RAs are gone or not usable anymore. I for one will be taking a fresh approach to RAs. No time for SoS or AM (until it heals the caster too). AP is gone that was a great RA, but I use sun belt charges to make up for that. Pretty much every RA I have now I'll not use in NF, but enough about the nerfs.
In NF I will For certain get purge and IP to lvl 2, the rest is going mastery of magery for extra dd dmg and mastery of pain for extra melee dmg. If wild power gives a chance for my dds to critical I'll get that too. SoS I hear gets broken soo often it ain't worth using, it was only usefull offensively before and so now it breaks with any offensive action its useless. Longwind might sneak in there because its always great for kiting and raging power might be fun too. But I'm concentrating on getting much more dd and melee dmg in NF.
