With the right setup its sure is easy.

But we had 4 runemasters... they cant do s*** to the dragon, was lots of fun, only took 15 min and +20 deaths

Doesn't take that long tbh, the quests you get from Koz + 7 * repeatable made me friendly with the stonegnashers (or whatever they are called)

yeah exactly. Maybe an hour or so to do all the quests etc and make you friendly ) Then you are ready for the group quests.
