Mincer Seeks Heal Proccing Torso!

Hi, I'm trying to track down a heal proccing torso for my mincer, ML10, ML 6.10 or Sidi in particular. To be honest any chest piece with over 80 point heal proc will be great. I have plats, artis, drops and scrolls to trade for that.

Pm me here, or in-game one Galie, Hemlock, Lamentation or Marchioness, if that fails ask a <Dragon Knight> what I'm up too.

If you can't find one with higher than 80 the Arcanium Snake-Lords runed hauberk has a 80 point heal proc. Its quite common aswell i believe. Theres a char and piety version though so make sure you buy the right one

Thanks for the advice I'll go plug its stats into my sc calculator, though i was looking for a chest piece with 130 value proc or higher, otherwise i'll keep using gov.

im using the snakelords to, the heal proc isnt amazing but still nice, and the stats are almost equal to gov w/o the cap increases, so u can nicely change them around.
