Ok, I've heard rumours about them, and yes, they do talk a lot in French.

Rumour has it they're a French guild testing out for the PvP server. This true?

Cause OMG...did the poor Albs and Mids get zerged by the 40 of them in Thid.

What a site... Mids watching our little band on the bridge...next thing...screen lags as 40 Millenium members zerg over them... very nice.

So, who are they?

Hi

Yes we are a french guild and we come from Hib/YS server.
We have tested Exca/Mid, Exca/Alb and now Pryd/Hib. We are effectly training for the pvp server.

As says Zik on Prydwen.net forum, We are doing our best to live in harmony with usual Prydwen’s players.

ps: Sorry for my bad english ;)

btw, you seem to master the art of english pretty well, couldnt you just talk that language while playing daoc all the time ? we would have all the patches 1 month faster than usual. pvp would also come earlier methinks.

We got stars connecting our fate.....

I have to say it was a bit weird wandering past the path farm and seeing the PBAOE-fest for the first time as Millenium powerleveled.

But from my dealings with them they seem like a nice bunch of people and their organisational skills alone will make them a force to be reckoned with on the PvP server.

Welcome to Hib/Pryd guys, hope you have time to take a break form your testing and join in the fun :)

[Edit] And that should have said "Sorry for my flawless English" :)

dunno? scare me badly when ld, after that horde hibs run there.
but its ok, was wondering coplle time if we get number against them, but relic raid end and emain was probably collecting many mids away.
well, hope we get numbers there and can give some feel of true fights, know we get whit little lucky 30+ there but 40? hard.

and guess what :) i beleive you. same time mids was only 12-18, after they realised hibs number, many logged away, like i did.
there was any idea go away from mpk when that kind wave was going place a to b.

it was way too much peeps on one side, dont even feeled funny after 3 dead on hibs pure zerg.
but it was nice, that short moment.

First off:

Welcome to Prydwen frenchie :D

Second:

WE DONT NEED A HIBZERG IN THID!!!!
There's enough of that in Emain...

Never thought I'd see it as badly in thid, but it still rings true: You only ever see 2 lone hibbies... or you see 200.

I go to Thid to get some nice relaxed RvR, smallscale.
To get away from the zerging in Emain.
Then I get stampeded by a gazzilion mad lurikeens on crack.

Let me know when the stampede is over and I'll return, in the meantime I may as well go get my main some RPs in Emain.
No difference.

Yes, Im pissed off.
No, its nothing personal.

You are more than welcome here on Prydwen to try it out.
You are in your full right to zerg Thidranki.
Its just that in my opinion zerging is utterly boring...

They're gone, levelled out. As is the keep. Mids zerged the keep. We had 3 chanters inside, I died just before the last door went down and had only 50% mana...but man, what fun!

I wanna see screenies from Mid side!!! :D

Hahahahaha.... sweet idea :)
Problem is that most german and french people have absolutely dreadful english skills, especially french. No offense but I'd know, lived between the two countries and visited them a damn lot.

First off... Well done on an impressive organised attack.
One minute theres not a hib in sight and the albs and mids are exchanging blows, the next minute the albs get steam rollered from behind by at least 4fgs of hibs

Secondly... Damn good job albs, somehow we managed to hold off an attack which including a massive zerg and a ram (which poped up along with the zerg in the first place).

Special thanks to whoever managed to upgrade that last door, it really held out.

Sentient (24 sorc) / Chuddy (24 merc) / and sometimes Aramar (24 cleric)

Erm, are you on about the large number of Hibs who tried to take the keep 3 times and failed?
If so, I know why they did fail, it's because they split their forces, some attacking the keep, some attacking the mids on bridge and some attacking the Albs trying to get into the CK

<nods>

in general it was a good attempt on the keep... one the flaws i saw was the number of casters amoungst them... very few people were melee'in the door along with the ram allowing it to hold more easily, and thou they are good players they didnt always react to inf's picking them off one by one.. in th eend i think that was one the decideing factors.

howevver good to see a true attempt on the keep, and was damn good having such a high level door in thid to keep the buggers out a long time
