Has anyone else noticed this?

Is this a bug, or does Jonty get to moderate the WebDev forum twice just because he's so damn cool?

Aha! You've discovered my megalomaniacal plan to take over the BW/GAME.net forums hehe. If you want the truth behind this, then read on, but bewarned: it's a very boring story so forgive me if I tart it up a bit hehe.

Basically, this all came about ages ago when only the Hardware forum had moderators. At this time, the child forums (Broadband, WebDev etc.) had no moderators. Anyway, I started posting in the WebDev forum because I was able to help people here and there. After a while, being even favour with DBs, I asked him, as a favour, if I could become a moderator. I flew out to Sicily to meet Signor 'DBs' Covelli, the Don, in his mafia mansion in the vineyards to the south of the island. Once there he granted my request, and in return for his generosity, I 'took care' of a small matter for him.

So I was happy enough, and over time I also started posting in the other hardware forums, mostly being an nVidia fanboy, but trying to help people if I could. After a while this got picked upon by the existing moderators, and they kindly invited me to become a moderator on all the forums. They made me an offer I could not refuse, and so out of respect to the Don, I accepted their kind act of friendship. However, when added as a moderator to the other forums, I was duplicated in the WebDev section, and, for some reason, this has never been fixed.

And now I'm slowly going around 'taking care' of the other moderators, under the Don's orders, so that soon I'll be the only moderator left. Why do you think so many moderators have been removed of late? Now only Wilier stands in my way, and he's due to have a rather nasty encounter at 7am tomorrow with a horse's head in his bed. Then my debt to Signor Covelli will be repayed, and I will be free . . . until the next time.

hehe. I told you it was boring. Added as moderator, added again and for some reason duplicated. No doubt it will be corrected some day, but it's a small boost to my fragile ego, so I'm not too fussed.
