Midgard or Hibernia ?

I wanna go to Midgard or Hibernia on the Prydwen server.

Is it true that both realms are less itemized and worked out as Albion ?

Which one do you advise then ?

What i've seen.

What i've seen on Alb/excal you have a lot items, one exampel we mids can buy two kinds of cloaks hooded and regular cloth.

midgard has way too many people on prywden

and would i be right in thinking that hibernia is the most underpopulated?
