Midgard Levelling Guide

Hello there - would someone be so kind as to direct me to a levelling guide for Midgard?

My chars are a Healer and Shaman if that makes a difference.

Leveling guide for healer? Just put "Looking for group" flag on and you should get first pm from grp leader within 5 minutes.
