Midgard 30+

Myself and some friends are moving over from high lvls on USA Albion and looking to lvl up fast again. We've faffed about a bit in beta to get an idea of places for 1-30 but was wondering if anyone has suggestions for 30-50?

I was thinking Spind from about 35 for the gear drops and frontier for the late 40's, any other ideas?

Spindelhalla is your best guess
and Varulvhamn in skona ravine is a good dungeon for lvl 30+ too
its a dungeon full of WW's
some nice drops too I heard
but spindelhalla still rox for drops
