I have been in CV loads of times and only seen that named a few times so you will be lucky to get it. I have also read that it doesn't proc very much but not sure how true it is.

Tick and tock are easy kills with a balanced group but not sure I have any spare atm.

We have just leveled 5 valks up for CV and they are awesome, stealther must pee their pants when they see 5 cones pulsing coming towards them

If you want a home for company and banter you are more then welcome. We don't gaurantee RvR or PL's groups but we do have all trades covered and xp bonus up all the time.
