The court finding isn't a suprise though.

they were still found to have illigally abused their position within the market specially in reagrds to their IE integration within windows.
Their shares are priced at $73, shit I wish I had some of those.

They haven't got away with anything. A judge cocked up and now the case is going back to the District Court.
