Hi there, peeps.

I am having a spot of bother with my new Microsoft Intellipoint Explorer mouse (the glowin red one). It has 4 buttons and one wheel, but I can't seem to get the two thumb buttons to work properly. When I do the control config, it comes up with the code 0X00 (I think), for either of the buttons (to change the weapons).
All is fine until I die, and then respawn. After this the thumb buttons do not fully cycle throught the weapons.
Help me PLEASE!!!!!!!

I'm guessing that Q3 doesn't support buttons 4 and 5. To get it working you may be able to use the Intellipoint software to bind mouse buttons 4 and 5 to keys and then bind the functions in Q3 to those keys.

Yeah, i've just given it a try and it works. I set mouse 4 to be pagedown and pressing it looks up.

my ms explorer is coolio in everything, except, weirdly in (q2) CTF. LMCTF/nething else I can get working fine straight off, except for occasional 'stuttering' of the mouse pointer on rts games, but hey. Does ne1 know why it ain't working on CTF ("driver's don't work" ain't good enough- I know that!)
