Hey all, wondering if anyone else has had dealing with this company? I had returned a broken hard drive *cough* to them on the 15th of December and haven't heard from them since, each time I call there is an automated msg telling me they are closed for the Christmas brk... its the 10th of January!!! And to add insult to injury when i go to the site to email them, their contacts page is error ridden. If anyone else is in this situation or has any suggestions, twould be great thanks...
