Ok so who thinks old plastic face is guilty then. Is he seriously misunderstood ? A kiddy Fiddler, A victim of his own celebrity status ? More importantly can he get a fair trial

I for one think his trial will be fair. However as for his guilt well there is no smoke without fire. He shoul know that by inviting children and teenagers of an impressionable age to his house for sleepovers was ill advised regardless of his intention or motive.

I think he is going to be found guilty

Obviously he has a lot of issues but having seen him on TV a lot I don't get the impression that he has any malicious tendencies despite people that don't understand his motives interpreting some of his actions (eg. baby dangling) as evidence to the contrary.

I think he just thinks of himself as a kid. Two kids sleeping in a bed together isn't an issue, neither would be two kids watching a porno. He talks and often acts like a child which is definitely odd but doesn't really support the view that he's a child molesting dirty old man.

TBH I don't think he is a paedo, just a really really really weird/messed up guy. He just loves kids company, and stuff we think is paeophilia or twisted he just thinks is normal (like sharing a bed etc)

I think he is "innocent", the parents of the kid i think may have finally clicked and found theres a lot of money involved if they can screw Jacko for as much as possible, get the press involved, sorted.

Then a few more parents who are feeling low in the cash department know that little Jenny and Bobby had a night over once, CERTAINLY he is guilty of SOMETHING so they tell the press "Their life story".

I think he is going to come out of this proven innocent, but i think his career will almost certainly be over (Isnt it now??) just look at the accusations of Matthew Kelly from SitE, sacked on unlevelled accusations and now cant find anywhere

I think Jackson will come away from it all relatively unscathed (well, no more scathed than he currently is, anyway).

I felt really bad for Matthew Kelly. I went to watch a production of the Steinbeck novel "Of Mice and Men" and Matthew Kelly (post paedo claims) played the role of Lenny excellently. When he came on stage people in the audience chanted "Paedo paedo" it was really disgusting, and he looked so hurt. But he still managed to give a great performance, poor guy. :(

In a document about Mike, theyshowed quite well how he still thiks he's a kid. Afterall he never had to grow up, being a famous kid singer, millioranire since god knows when and so on. Ofcourse it's not a valid reason to be a "kid" since Stevie Wonder made his fortune at a young age too.

He just, like any kid, wants to hang with kids hiw own "age".

Now, did he fondle kids? Don't know, it's as possible as tommy 8 year old playing doctor with jane 7 year old. So quite possible.

Is this law suit up because he has a gazillion billion dollars and parents want some of that doremi? My bet is on yes.

If the judge wants to do a celebrity example,he might just be thrown with the book.

If the judge is a "good" judge who takes in evidence and so forth, he might not be convicted(sp?).

All comes down to jury also and that's another two edged sword made in the USA.

I agree with toto

I think its because he has had money from such a young age, that he never really had a propper childhood. I think that he feels that he is 12 years old. And it is natural for him to have sleepovers with his friends, and in some extents share a bed with them. I remember when i was about 8 i would share a bed with my best friend (and i really mean that in a non gay way). Because at that age we were best friends, and didn't know anything was wrong with it.

Also i think it is because he had alot of money that people want to take him to court. They are trying to follow the example of the other guy who sued him, and got a huge wad of cash to drop the case.

I hope the case proves him innocent, but that he has psychiatric evaluation to see if he actually thinks and acts like a 8 year old kid.

There might be if it's coming from a huge smouldering pile of millions of dollars, dampened with the tears of baby Jebus who was made to cry at the greed.

tbh after watchin a programmer on channel 5(i think) and seeing whackos dad its no wonder hes so messed up

that boy was seriously messed up talking about jews and how they were envious of micheals success and so they invented rumours about his plastic surgery and things?!?!?!?!?

ANyways u cant expect to have a kid go through his younger years being beaten by his father for breathing the wrong way not to grow up with his wires a bit crossed.

However the drinking wine thing just seems strange to me, yes jacko might think hes a kid and want to hang with kids but taking advantage of them by being an elder and plying them with drink is just wrong

call me a cynic if you will but wasnt his last court problem settled with a massive cash settlement?

not the act of an innocent man imo, if someone accussed me of something i didnt do i would go through court to clear my name not pay someone off to stop

Even if it was relatively cheap to you, and avoided the (very slim) possibility of finding you guilty and essentially destroying you?

I think anyone in the same position would think twice, but I can only guess.

hmm but really unless you were doing something dodgy or semi-dodgy you shouldnt have anything to worry about

(in a perfect world i suppose)

Anyways im suspicisous as to why the parent of the first kid took the cash, if some dirty C*** touched my kid i want to see him jailed up or hanged no matter how much cash he offered

They might have decided it'd be better for his image to solve it quickly and quietly rather than drag it through the courts and end up with a Matthew Kelly scenario despite being proved innocent.

Still, once you start throwing around money it's inevitable that everyone will want some.

Very difficult for him to be given a fair trial. So much rumour and gossip surrounds the man that finding a jury who will weigh the evidence presented to them in court, while ignoring everything they have read/heard about him will be very difficult.

Personally, I don't believe that hes had masses of plastic surgery (look at pictures of Jermaine Jackson if you don't agree). Its also very easy to forget that his bedroom is probably the size of my house. Sharing a bed? Well its definitely a no-no in this day and age, but whether or not something has been going on will be for the jury to decide.

I think its difficult for many people to imagine somebody so famous and so gifted to be guilty of such heinous acts. I fall into that category, and my faith in human nature will take a dent should he be found guilty.

His previous plastic surgeons have revealed how much he's had. And it is lots.

And, even if you dont believe them, just look at pictures of him through the years and his face is quite clearly changed.

Totally agree with that. Its strongly rumoured he blackmailed Princess Di into that Panorama interview, and of course we know how he screwed Michael Jackson over in that doco.

You're actually quite right, in the "in a perfect world" sense.

Some statistics tell that about 10.000(or so)innocent people in the US are sent to the slammer every year.

Can't say it's "until proven quillty" anymore...

Micheal Jackson may not get a fair trial, so the best thing we can do is kill him now and get it over with :)
