Reasonable fun.

I'd recommend Slither first but if you are bored then go see it.

Saw it last night. Was OK, but that's about it.

Possibly the cheesiest final scene in history though. I can still smell the ripe gorgonzola

I ALMOST posted exactly the same spoiler.

I couldn't believe my eyes. It spoiled almost all the mindless fun I had just sat through.

Great film from start to finish Tom Cruise is flawless put in a great performance as he did in War Of The Worlds.

I didn't think the ending was that cheesey i think its possible sometimes that if someone doesn't want to die they will come back, but then again who would want to come back into this world? different topic entirely.

But it was an enjoyable film.

PS. I really enjoyed the use of modern gadgets they used some really cool stuff :)

Well, that's Hollywood for you. The action scenes were my favourite too though. The Bridge being the piece de resistance.

I knew he'd come back from the facking dead. I just knew it!

Still, it's miles better than the second one. Urgh.

Forgot.

Great film though, i quite like Tom i think hes probably one of the better actors in Hollywood.. he has done some great films in his time:

Topgun (I don't know many people that didn't like it in fact i don't know any. But im sure someone on here is going to say they hated it :)
Jerry Maguire (one of my personal favourites)
Minority Report
Rain Man
Born on the 4th of July (another awsome film)
Interview with a Vampire
The Mission Impossible series
Collateral (Played the badguy great)
The Last Samurai

Sure hes done some not so great films but he was young and he has matured into a fine actor and the actor that nearly everyone wants.

Also the fact hes Dyslexic proves you can go far if you want.

Personally what he and any other actor does with his personal life is his business personally i don't think that someone like Tom would have a child with Katie Holmes just for the publicity but alot of these lunatic media think otherwise but hey gossip sells right? And tbh i dont actually care i go to see his movies and have come out of his last 6-7 movies thinking great film. Nuff said.

lol mancrush :D

Plus I'm sure having trouble spelling posed a real challenge for his acting - it's a wonder he overcame it.

Not really i just don't mind admitting a male is one of my favourite actors :) How do you figure being Dyslexic is about just spelling? ;/

It's not, but I fail to see how it's going to cause significant issues with being an actor.

But wouldn't he have trouble with learning scripts? maybe maybe not :) anyways leave at that :)

Also how about the fact he loves his fans? 4 hours in London talking with fans? chatting to old ladys on the phone? A actor like Tom wouldn't have to do that sort of thing but he does.. i don't know many actors/actresses that spend more then 30 seconds with fans.

The problem I have with tom cruise films is it's always tom cruise playing tom cruise acting a character. You always get the feelin it's him just tryin to be someone different yet still bein him.

It's not like I dislike him but ya see actors like Johnny Depp who genuinely come across as totally different personas in every film and after a while films with Tom Cruise playin himself acting a role become a little dull

That wasn't what I was talking about;
I was talking about the very end when they're at the CIA and they walk out arm in arm with everyone behind waving it them. The cheesiest scene in the world. Ever. Ever.

Jerry Maguire (one of my personal favourites)
Minority Report
Rain Man

Interview with a Vampire
The Mission Impossible series
Collateral (Played the badguy great)
The Last Samurai

In order:
Topgun - Yes its a good film despite the Tarantino-mooted subtext :) But its good because of the flying scenes more than anything else. It did inspire my first spikey haircut though.

Jerry Maguire - Cheese

Minority Report - Good film, but once again Cruise was a cipher; anyone could have played his character.

Rain Man - Good, but once again, he's not the best thing in it by a long shot.

Born on the 4th of July - Good, one of the few films where you see Cruise subsume himself into the character and act.

Interview with a Vampire - Most rubbish Lestat evah. If you've read any of the books he's just wrong, wrong, wrong.

The Mission Impossible series - First one was good, next two, 'meh'.

Collateral - Thought it was average, and he was too.

The Last Samurai - Best Cruise film in years.

You missed his best role - Magnolia. Other than that I think he's a decent actor but HUGELY overrrated.

All of which are your opinion :) i take anyones opinion on the internet with a grain of salt.

Cruise was great in Collateral i don't think ive seen a single review that didn't say he was great.

Again my opinion but thats life, how was Jerry Maguire cheese? maybe just not your sort of film?

Cruise always puts a great performance he plays his character well and he sells the movies, you can got to a Cruise film and 99% of the time its going to be a great film which is more then i can say for the tripe that has come out recently from other actors etc.
