I like their first album and haven't listened to the second yet but have some nice songs for sure.

I was in Manchester at a Radiohead gig and MGMT were warming up and the main guy was weaing a fucking rainbow cloth poncho or something and was definately high. The guitarist was drunk off his ass thinking he was Slash trying to do some solos and I couldn't stop laughing even though I like the band. The crowd were not into it at all and made it worse that afterwards Bat for Lashes came on and she was just terrible.

Yeah, but that's what they are, - I love Radiohead, but they're much more political and serious, so if you go to them, you expect to see a serious band - not MGMT, I'd love to go to see them to get into the mood that they're in, because it's a fun-loving carefree attitude, which everyone is entlited too every now and again
