Quite often I seem to send a message and get no reply, then a few minutes later a mass of replys come. Its as if it stores them all and a few minutes later lets me see them all at once, its most annoying since I end up missing most of the replys.

Any one else have this problem?

Yeah, I get it too. No idea what causes it, but I've had the problem since the demo.

If there's lag on the server the first thing it seems to effect are the messages giving you that great fun 'burst' effect

but i can have great ping and no jerkiness in play, but have 50 lines if text come at once :/

but then if i am 'laggy' its good that its only the text and not men teleporting

This is another reason the lack of voice comms is a pain in the ass, how about BW setting up a TS server on one of the myriad spare boxes there must be lying around. I know we've asked before, but heh, you never know?

I've been speaking to Nat about this, and he's asked some of the dev team to look at integrating TS into the BW system.

Fingers crossed this won't take too long.
