Defending THe Indefensable ?
So where did I say I object to /rude or /laugh ever being used ?.
Indeed if you scanned through enough logs for long enough you will find some more examples from me -
I remember using it at Figleaf who sadly likes to set up a shroom farm in the Alb POC entrance .
Also the vampiir who killed the Cleric of our POC group that was fighting a huge mob pull at the time and then attacked the rest of us.
It's lame, but there's no rule against it so an emote is fine.
Occasional use = fine
My point is that to emote EVERY TIME, AFTER EVERY KILL is unnecessary , childish and offensive. I note Salonice didn't deny it - I think it was 3 times to me in about 1 .5 hours on Sunday morning and that is offensive.
On one occasion I was on my own shooting down a tower door at Hurb when I was ganked - did that warrant a /rude and /laugh ?.
Come on guys lets cut this crap out of the game.

Talim, I think its more to do with the fact that you are known as a leecher and adder and do not deserve respect. For a different example even if horner engaged in an honorable fight with some one else he would still likely be /emoted upon killin him as he has a very bad reputation. A bad reputation cannot be lost by a single brave act.
