Merc and armsman ra's respec a bug?

I haven't been given one as promised and was wondering if anyone else had this?

Is it bugged at the moment for some players?

Can someone confirm this please.

If you are thinking about the lower cost for ip etc, you dont get repsec you will have your points that you put out on ip back, according to Goa anyway

when i went to talk to my trainer i just had all those extra points to spend and didnt need an extra respec.

i did hear from someone that (s)he didnt get it either
