Requires 2 mp weapons but rest 99 qua.You could use 2 99 weapons and just have slightly less qui though.

Sycho put Hooded Blades Cloak in template instead...dont make people farm the tower keeper...he really brings out the evil in everyone :p

High qual degrade slower, I think. So, bascially, you don't have to replace it as often :)

Wears out quicker.If that cloak was MP i would rate the cost of it 3-5p but 95 qua............. 1.5p-2p max,3-4p is just a con artist or something like someone would buy off your average mid on excal xD go look at that trade section :p
