ok with the inc patch, will + to mend in a template effect a valkyrie ?

was thinking of using same temp as my warr swapping + to parry for the + to mend or isnt it worth it ?.... maybe cap resists instead ?

no need for + mend unless your using baseline heals really so don't bother with it

Yes +mending will affect baseline heals.
Won't affect the pbae heal.
