mending tincures

highest value is 80 right ? can't find anything that say's otherwise anywhere. i'm talking about reactive mending tincure ( armor proccs )

I thought self heals ones wasnt avalible as a drop.

reactive heal proccs are available but only drops in TG ... rare drop , why i asked was that a friend told me of 130 value as in tg hauberks that hav em , but i've never heard of heal tintures that drop are higher then 80 so i had to ask

the self heal procs from the tg chest peices are 180 delve. ON my animist they healed for around 250ish.

The tinctures only delve for 80 which is around 120 or so actual heal.

However they are ubah rare drop.
