Melee Ranger Template stats feedback

Respeccing my ranger in a few rr's put this together for him before...

Uses artis: Gov/wh/scalars/som/rod/cb
others: champ wep/dragon quest wep


low spirit - literally havent found a single person using spirit legs on the server i'm on.

low energy - same as above, everyone hugs matter legs here.

No comment without items since any supernoob can get stat utility but good temps are differed by item charge utility and procs.

Guard of Valor - it looks shit
Winged Helm - aura of mag
Scalars - abs proc
Ring of Dances - stealth lore
Shades of Mist - stealth lore / ablative use

Champion Weapon
Dragon Quest weapon (pretty much the same as champ wep stat/use wise)


No dragon stuff for the /use resist enhancements because i was told they don't stack with champ wep/dragon quest wep. also on that note i'm still trying to find out if the champion weapons persistant buff stacks with the dragon quest one.

Heal charges? Haste debuffs? Dot charges? Melee health buffers? ect. ect. Artifacts are obvious but what about the rest or is it just utility items without charges?

It has a few useful charges yes, not that i'm asking for feedback on those the threads entitled "Melee Ranger Template stats feedback" just incase you missed it.. or can't read or a mix of the 2.

I'm all for useful comments but yours are simply useless and unvalued which have stolen a few minutes of my life reading, had it have been what i'd clearly specified in the topic title and then once again on the the first thread of the topic I wouldn't have replied in such a rude manner.

Well you say it yourself, low energy, low spirit, missing 6 heat, low qui, missing 10 af and 28 hits..

I mean seriously how is that gonna help you, you can read the stats yourself... The only way to get decent feedback on temps is to look at what I mentioned earlier or be able to suggest alternative item combo's... But sure if you're looking for a meaningless pat on the back, "stats looks nice" There you go... Now exactly what way that helps you.. I dunno..

Seriously Solari just climb back into your shell and get a clue.


52 quickness + lurikeen ranger = 248 quick @ level 50 + 10% melee speed +20 from druid buff = 1.83-1.88 attack speed with a 4.2 speed weapon.

54 quickness + lurikeen ranger = 250 quick @ level 50 + 10% melee speed +20 from druid buff = 1.82-1.87 attack speed with a 4.2 speed weapon.

Taking the resists i'd lose into consideration with the extra 2 quickness is a sarcrafice i'm not willing to make. If you honestly think 2 quickness from cap is low quickness then you need to shut up permanently in short.

28 Hits off cap, fair play its off cap but then again adding 28 hits would result in losing some resists due to changing some items around to get that extra "Massive" hits cap.

Low spirit + low energy - fair point again but after running for literally 7 days for 4+ hours a day I have yet to meet a single person using an energy weapon or spirit weapon, why template useless resists on a server where no one clearly uses spirit or energy weapons (and don't give me the "omg you might meet 1 solo person in xx weeks with those weapons")

6 heat off cap, willing to lose 6 heat given Reinforced in hib is resistant to it anyway... was either 5 heat or 5 cold and i'd rather take something that my armor is weak against.





As for asking on stat feedback i'd still like some just not from clueless bell ends like yourself that cry when people don't build templates like they want to see them, any tips from >good< melee rangers of the past would be welcome and appreciated aswell as other stealthers thats come up against melee rangers.

Just for the fun of it aye sick of doing mad damage with bow its no fun anymore despite it being very easy rps.

imo,have a MH free temp, and get a NS to WS/con debuff etc, works well

was actually thinking about that i've got ml10 blade thats all and the proc is nice when dealing with casters and such may re do template later for mh free
