Does anyone know of any websites which explain about different conditions IN PLAIN FOOKING ENGLISH. Ive done a Google, but all the stuff that pops up is wayyyyy to deep for me, I need it in laymans terms.

Basically, our 3yr old daughter has been diagnosed as having "Abnormal Cateracts" in her left eye. These appear to have developed in the last 6months, and are growing fast. If she dosnt have an op soon, she may become blind in that eye (something to do with the brain not using the eye or summat) Now, we are in consultation with the top eye man in the country at Claremont in Sheffield, but we just want to know more info, as all parents would Im sure.

Any ideas would be appreciated, cheers chaps.
