Matter debuff in RuneCarving/Runemaster?!

Why in gods name do runemasters get a matter debuff, have mythic planned for us to debuff hibs for the albion casters or what?!

We have cold and heat debuff, my guess is that mythic fubard and either typed wrong, cause when you delve the "Vex of dirt" debuff it says "30 % matter debuff" ... so it should either say "30% energy debuff" or they just gave us a very very veeeeeery useless debuff ...

and, after next patch, every single meleer's weapon's DoT procs..
Small addition I know, but 'shaman dots' looked loney =p

It's there because all realms get all debuffs. Regardless of their usability.
