The Matrix = 90 minutes of tedium, 45 minutes of awesomeness

Matrix Reloaded = 45 minutes of tedium, 90 minutes of awesomeness.

Awesomeness > Tedium

Hence

Matrix Reloaded > The Matrix

The new Oracle, has had a makeover...or something.

I heard that the oracle isn't the one that the architect was referring to when he mentioned her to Neo (because of the condescending way in which he said 'please'), and that it might be Persephone.

It is Persephone.

You've just got to realise who Persephone is, how long she's been around, and what her original purpose was...

Anyone watch that Matrix doco on C5 this night? Had some new footage from Revolutions, was pretty cool stuff.

Showed Neo and Smith fighting all over the place, Smith can now fly just like Neo.

Yea, it seemed like he was giving Neo as good as he got too...

They said something about them being connected. IE. Neo being the positive and Smith the negative. One can't live without the other...

Was an enlightening docu tbh :>

Anyone who says "Matrix Reloaded" > "Matrix" is clearly delusional.

The former is a pretentious cash-in on the latter, which was a ground breaking piece of motion picture history with state-of-the-art SFX.

That said, Reloaded was enjoyable in a throwaway "bubble gum cinema" sortof way.

But that's like saying A New Hope was better than The Empire Strikes Back.

Just because a film is a sequal, doesn't immediately make it better.

Matrix Reloaded was good for about 6 minutes when Neo bashed the Smiths around with the pole. The rest was tosh.

First was better and they should've left it where it ended instead of trying to add some deeper meaning which just doesn't work.
