dunnno who uses irc but if you do you will probibly be familiar with match bots these bots sit in a channel saying what is going on and all crap like that as admin i have a propasal for them it is

#bwtfcl4
#bwmatch
somehom i am hopefully getting bots uploaded on to the servers so that we get permenent brodcasting all the time the1 number corresponds to server and the chat channel (#bwmatch) is about talking about whats going on if anyonne can setup/give help me setup or get these bots then plz would you contact me hopefull we will have this all working

For the bot you can dld it at http://www.veterans.de/tfcbot.html and they are quite easy to use just fill out the boxes with rcon password and irc channel server ip... nothing difficult.
Although the bot is used to leave the channel (excess flood) but it will reconnect 5 seconds after (just need to tick once for automated connections). Maybe you would need to auto op it then... to have the topic permanently updated

nah alexia that bots a windows bot and needs to be controlled by a person. What ion is after is a bot that he can upload onto the server and so it will continuosly say everything that goes on

what you're looking for is something like the ones on irc.morat.net (join #exodus and #ennui)

the problem is that i have a feeling that Ennui coded the bot And since Morat are competing with Barrysworld, he's hardly gonna give u the code...

so what we need is a coding whizz, who knows a lot about socket coding and HL rcon, and also knows a fair bit about IRC.
