Mastery of arms

I have been told that the mastery of arms ra is bugged and not worth spending points in, can anyone confirm this ?

I had lv2 and even tested it for a while by fighting mobs using certain swords/qui and to me it didn't seem any difference at all.Also the cost is stupidly high you need aug str 3 for it.

to the best of my knowledge and my 'sources', level 2 works, but above that is bugged.

those who benefit most from it, is slash infils imo, and any slash infil should get aug str 3 anyway, due to str being kinda low.

i have level 2 currently, and am happy with it. i usually dont see garrote gfx end before achilles goes off

18 Str wont really make a huge impact on your hit chance/damage if your playing buffed anyway, i think really a slash inf might be better off spending the points into MOP.

But thats only imo

As for the RA itself i could think of a huge amount of other things that are much more worth while for your points

Such as Det Purge Ip Mop PF MCL Mo arcane Moc toughness aug conn etc etc etc depending on your class

But i suppose having played Excal for so long i expect all stealthers to have buffbots :/
