mastery of arms

i just respecced my inf to slash, and i use a b sword with 4.1 delay to try and hit as hard as poss in the initial strike (pa/bs2)
anyway this leaves quite a long delay between pa nd cd, plenty of time to get my ass slammed.

what i want to know is will moarms help? it sposd to decrease swing time but does it have a similiar effect as to higher quick in that it also decreases damage?

Yeah, sadly it does not work. Been tested in many places. Look to some VN boards if you want more detailed proof.

also i heard it got fixed in 1.62?

u heard crap...
do a serc on bw for moa or mastery ov arms...
ther was a thread bout just 2/3 days ago...

this ra wont work at all thers no attak speed increase.

n no fix in 1.62
