Master Level Raids - 6(Wednesday) - 7(Friday)

Will only do two MLs on this week, to give everyone enough time for the pre-requisites and MLxp farming. ML6 has a couple of steps which can be done in small groups. ML7 will need groups to go into the dungeon and farm mobs to change their faction :x - This will be done before the main raid

ML6 Wednesday - 18:30(GMT) Volcanus Haven

You need : 6.1 and 6.5
- 6.2 and 6.4 recommended


Haje-Uraei(6.1) is a tricky mob to find. He should be relaxing in the lava somewhere, if you run along the lave line, you might get lucky and find him. Or you can have people in your group die to mobs and hope that he spawns from someone's corpse oO

6.5 is worse than farming eggs in ML3 :x
Just spam some heal/power wards by the crazed adventurer and get ready to pull for a few hours oO


On Wednesday we go through all steps, except 6.1 and 6.5
Hoping to finish by 22:30




ML7 Friday - 18:30(GMT) Volcanus Haven

You need : .1 .2 .3 .4 .5 .6
The first six steps can be done in a full group and we'll make groups for these steps on Tuesday and Thursday(More info later)


On Friday, we leave and complete .7 .8 .9 .10
Should be over by 22:00

From the last raids... around 80 people completed ML3 and about 60 for ML4.
Maybe 50 or so will come through ML5 on Sunday. That's still a considerable drop rate though and I'd guess it's down to rl or just not having the time/groups to meet the requirements. So there're only two Trials this week, doing the two steps for ML6 will take an evening by itself... don't leave them till too late! Getting ready for ML7 will be a pain too, but we can try and do this together as a sub-raid.

ML7 will involve some boring farming of mobs to reduce factions, etc... will try to make a group(s) for this on Tuesday at 18:30. PM me ingame if interested pls.. so we have an idea of how many are coming.

I'm looking for a "Barracuda Spine Needle" for ML7, it won't be of use to anyone unless you have the other items to make the glove. If you have one of these in your inventory/vault, please contact me ingame if you want to sell/trade/cybor for it

Radar the cleric has donated a Spine Needle to the raid, thanks to him we no longer need one


++ some people want to go on the ML5 raid tonight and are asking if we will have another ML7(pre-req) raid. We will have another one thursday at 18:30.

If anyone is planning to come on Friday's ML7 raid, they realy should complete these pre-requisites before coming, so you can get credit for 7.10

Nice server crash I doubt we'll get going again tonight, so we'll split the scrolls we had tomorrow evening. We had 16 at the last count, maybe a couple more. iirc the people on the raid were:
Verush, Salice, Misleath, Chun, Radar, Gladiator, Tears, Iguk, Joline, Pius, Iscarot and myself.

When I can login again, I'll list the scrolls we collected and if you have a prefference... let me know and you can have it, unless someone else wants the same one - then you two can roll for it etc!... tomorrow at 18:00(GMT) I'll give the scrolls out, so if I haven't heard from someone by then... they will have to take what's left. There will only be a couple of extra scrolls, so imo... whoever chooses a scroll only goes away with one. And those who wait for randoms can take two or lotto for the extras.

The faction farming for ML7.2 is worse than farming eggs and salmanders put together! Seriously... it'll only take 30mins/faction as listed on VoS if you're in a good PvE group... otherwise you're looking at 3hours+ to complete this step for your group... And then you have 7.3-7.6 to do.

For obvious reasons, there weren't many working on this tonight. Now depending on how many want to complete ML7 of Friday, the ML7.2 farming spot could be busy on Thursday evening and tbh, it cannot support too many groups.

I can't see how this will turn out, it may be that if there're too many people who want to do ML7 on Friday, but haven't been able to complete the pre-reqs... we may have to delay Friday's raid. I'd still prefer to do it on Friday. So imo, if you can take your guild/group there earlier and do these steps, then don't delay. It's tedious in the extreme and not something you want to leave to the last minute.

There was a small server rollback, but judging from my inv... we didn't lose much. We should still have credit for the first mobs and will need to start again from the reptilian ones. I have 17 scrolls, so let me know if you want anything in particular.... and nerf Mad Tales #2 not dropping :x

if you need mlxp for 3.11 you can ONLY get it from ml1, ml2 and ml3 encounters (i.e. lower or same level) and of course all the other ways to get mlxp (artifact mobs, df, dartmoor, etc etc) ...

It took about 3 hours to do the pre-requs, sugest you get to Volcanus and try to arange a group, there not particuarly hard, just time consuming.

A little annoyed at some people missing the raid because of Katori... I don't like leaving anyone behind and something like this is depressing :x



ML8? : This might happen next week, but it'll be the last raid for a while.
You need to be ML8 to enter Aerus City for ML9 --- and alot of people are lagging behind because of MLxp. So it'll take a couple of weeks for them to catch up.


ML8 will require some pre-reqs which at least one person in every group will need to do. It's possible we can do it on Wednesday, but I need to hear from anyone who will be there so we can arrange the pre-reqs. If you're interested in this, let me know ingame pls... so we can work it out in advance.


And I'm still pissed that people missed ML7 and thinking of trying another raid before we do ML8. It's over pretty quickly if done right, so if we can get 4fgs for it, will be enough. Come for MLxp or just to help those who missed it today. Let me know if you're interested... and we will go for it!
