MASSIVE lag on the BWEFL & EF Bookables, but Publics are fine, wtf ?

Can someone explain why the servers used for the BWEFL and those used for Bookable EF matches are on a different IP range ?

More importantly, this is why 5 clans per week LEAVE the BWEFL due to crap pings:

As you can see, the TR to the public servers passes through 194.143.162.234 which is (was?) a BW Oxford IP, where as the TR to the bookables, passes through 194.143.162.234 which is part of Xara Networks / XO Communications if I'm right.

So, can we get the whole lot routed back the way it used to be please, via BW not via Xara/XO ?
