massive entries in add/remove dialog

I keep getting entries in the add/remove programs box, that take up huge amounts of vertical space (so I have a very small scrollbar). Usually its ISscript, but I can't remove it properly, it usually reappears after a couple of days.

Running WinXP Pro

Help?

I get the same thing with Severance: Blade of Darkness.
