[Mass RvR Event] Sunday December 3rd 1900 CET

First of all, i apologise to all the hibs that are protesting in the manners of, refusing to rvr, signing the petition, releasing keeps/towers, rerolling to other servers, quitting the game and whatnot. This might seem as an attempt to sabotage what you are trying to do, its not tho.. I myself have been signing the petition, refusing to rvr, trying to quit the game, logged in to see if had anything claimed which i then could release and so on.. I support pretty much everything we as a community have decided to do, and i have my deepest respect for the effort that people have put into this..

That being said i am now realising that no matter what we do, GOA will not support the majority of this cluster. They are obliged to follow their own rules and unfortunately in the case of the banning of TD/BF members they have felt obliged to ban them. Look at this comment by Requiel..

I'm not going to get drawn into a debate as to whether or not 'AC raids' are a good thing or not - on a personal level I don't think they are, however from a professional level they are an entirely legitimate part of the game.

I have been staring at this comment for quite some time and come to my own conclusion, which is that GOA cant possibly do anything to solve this this problem, they have been forced to do what they did, either by a majority of those in decision "voting" for the banning of the TT/BF members or either because they felt presured by those that have been reporting the TT/BF for breaking the "SOTG"

This is simply something only the community can solve, not goa.. they shouldnt have meddled, we can all agree upon that. If we want something to change, we are the only ones that can do so. Not to be a bragging selfish bitch, but i know that the MRE's i have done had a positive effect on this cluster. Hibs didnt feel the urge to do payback to albs by ACing but was feeling that what we did, show that its possible to enjoy this game on a higher level. It had an impact on mids and also on albs. At some point even CM promised not to do any AC raids.

Anyways, i support all the ways of protesting that have been done so far and i respect that. In short im doing this for hibs that wants to release their anger towards the albs in other means that words.

On an important side note, this raid will be canceled as soon as someone gives me a good and valid reason for not doing this !

The purpose is the same: To give everyone a chance to have a bit of fun in RvR, no matter what class, race, CL, ML, RR, lvl and gender you are, everyone are welcome, the more the merrier i say!

As on the previous events, i expect everyone in the bg to participate so i know what potential we have, so please dont join with your BB(only mine are allowed cuz she is sexy) or if you are just curious to see what we are up to.

New recipies for killing albs/mids are always welcome ofcourse, so dont be scared to PM me with suggestions, i got alot of good advice on the previous raids and that helped alot actually. Don't get furious if i dont answer your PMs tho, as the amount of info i get sometimes is extreme, so i might not be able to answer everyone right away, or at all.


A bit of advice when being on my raids:

1. When we start up the bg, dont be afraid to start a grp on your own rather than expecting someone else to invite you.

2. Use /bg groups to see what grps are being build atm and to see who are solo(lfg) - Ask the respective group leaders if you can join their grp, or simply just spam invite those people you find necesarry for your grp.

3. Normally you wont find nightshades and rangers in normal rvr grps, but on such a raid as this you will find them very necesarry. So dont hesitate to invite em to your group.

4. Before we go out i tend to spam the BG for ppl to go and pick up rams/trebs of my BB. If you can carry 1 ram or more unbuffed please do so, as we dont wanna end up in the middle of a keep/twr take realising we ran out of siege equipment. Remember, if you have a horse and are cl2+(?) you can equip your horse with saddlebags and thus be able to carry i.e. 2 diminutive rams.

If anyone is willing to lead some special assignment groups, please PM me here on the forum or on irc(same name) You will be making and leading the group to do the tasks that i set for you.

The Warlord Tank: Have had alot of good Warlord tanks that controlled all the important siege equipment on the previous raids, and im gonna need one this time aswell.

BG will most likely be on Mastade-e, tho that might change.

And yes normaly i have went inactive course off the stuff happening wich makes me sad/wanting to quit playing games at all atleast there are some ppl that got the balls to say fuck it i support you all in the petition but still wanna make an raid like this... really hope that alot of ppl will come (Hib point of view) so the realm can get the keeps/twrs back and hopefully make some dmg on alb wich i know from other raids this can happen if ppl come. Yes we can make Hib green again AND alb for that sake just the mather of the spirit from the realm.

So come on guys/girls lets get together and do this and show that it can be done PRIMETIME.

Really hope that this issue have helped those doing the AC raids or lets just call em PVE raids now instead imo it sounds better course they are only fighting guards course they are afraid of meeting real players? Tbh i dont know why they do it only know that 1 sertain person said something about they did it course ppl was abusing their bainshees, come on mates mids are not abusing warlocks? ohh well atleast their aint many of them around anymore.

Anyways really hope to see some ppl tomorrow evening at Mastade MRE course i know hes good at it... and im pretty sure most ppl playing this game know that IF he wanna do some damage it will happen.

You wanna know where i was hiding the last month? i have been enjoying a bit of real life while playing my NS now and then.. I kinda lost my drift when the hibs that was true followers of my MRE's decided to AC our relics back.. i got so dissapointed and pissed i didnt want to have anything to do with anyone.. yeh.. thats the harsh words and now i realise that im only hurting the majority of ppl that enjoyed my MRE's, not the people that AC'ed the hib relic back.. I really doubt whether this MRE is ment to be badly for the albs. It is ment to do what the game is supposed to be all about - massive siege warfare and loads of fun.

Surely every single person attending the raid will realise that it's rather useless to do this, yet trying and actually going trough is the most fun, not "pissing of albs".

Mastade i am with you wholely on this m8 i have returned myself from a 2 month break and am going to get the alb side back into the MRE swing of things the ones that have been lead and defended have been xcellent rvr nights and jsut what this server needs at the moment so again i say i am with you and will do what i can to help.

If people dont attend they dont attend but at least it can be said something was done to try and help it.

once more respect to you for doing this. I think TD Alliance's actions clearly made a big point and in some ways there might be no need to continue that action. It might be time to turn things around and it needs people like you who can lead to do so.

I am not sure if I will be there but I have posted onto the Avalon section of the NFD boards to let people know this is happening. I will also go in game and see if we can dicuss it. Once more I cannot speak for NFD they will respond in time.

There is no real reason to say no to doing this beyond the fact that we need people to agree to try and do something about AC raids. So far we have not enabled a decent discussion. If this raid can trigger a positive discussion about a charter or something to protect the community from the malicious actions of a few then go for it. If it isn't used to do that then for me you will have wasted the opportunity to get people involved positively.

GOA acted badly in banning not warning TT, and AC raids are a pain, but they are part of the game and I cant see what GOA can do about them. Shutting relic gates at certain hours is just not on. How far do they go with that? Only open them on an evening so those of us at work can be involved? Thats what peak hours are.
