Thank you for the report. We will investigate to see if there is a bug which is preventing the proper spawn of this encounter. You should be aware however that due to the random nature of these encounters, it is entirely possible for a very long time to pass without the encounter spawning and this does not necessarily mean there is a bug. There is no maximum time for the encounter to spawn. The Mariasha's Sharkskin Gloves artifact in particular has an average respawn time of several days.

wasn't this fixed with patch 1.71? Or is it another arti that hasn't spawned since NF came out. Quite sure it was mariasha's sharkskin gloves though.

First we didn't kill a FG, we just assisted on one. Second u never two shoted me. Third u shouldn't have let your realm mates kill me, when i was right near them, makeing a peace treaty PPP
