They should be back now?
It seems there was a new bug in CS
the normal timelimits would not work so we had to use a new command. Server admins may want to check this out : http://server.counter-strike.net/ubb/Forum4/HTML/000204.html as it has more details.

Ohhh man, you actually know what it feels like to play a cs map for 3 hours straight, geee's im whacked, iv'e just finished a 3 hour game of assault, plz bring back those time limits i beg of you
