Hi right i had a thought
As we all know the league is setup so that teams of relatively equal ability are placed against each other, this is fine, however on this thinking on 1 certain map (MP_DEPOT) being that both axis and allies have to blow something up and the time doesnt stop until they do in theory this map could go on for quite some time. So what is going to happen when/if this map is played.
i suggest a few options
1) After so long the admin declares it a draw (dunno how points work on that im not an admin u guyz r ;))
2) The match goes on until a win is resulted but rounds after may not happen (other teams do have 2 play)
3) Depot is removed from the league (something i dont want cause its a nice map but ppl dont like it when it goes on 4eva)

Im not sure what other people think or the admins possition on this
Sorry to be a nucance and all nd once again congrats on the kewl running of the league

two timelimit reached round draw 1 - 1

each win one game round draw 1 -1

win two games 3 - 0

win one draw one 3 - 0


I think thats how it would go if you had the timelimit option ?

I think depot should be omitted (sp?) from the league for the main part, as there are schedules to keep to, and depot can jus cause chaos. It could, however, make a good map for tie-breakers as only 1 round really needs to be played, due to the double-objective.

Just my opinion.

if you are going to have Depot in the league, it has to have no overtime period. when the match reaches its timelimit, that has to be the end (a draw for that round).

also it has to be one of the most biased maps made for rtcw, so id suggest leaving it out altogether.

its fairly easy to do a sneak attack tho and catch em off guard :)


a tie breaker map sounds like a good idea tho

I totally agree on the idea of it being a tie breaker map due to the fact its the only map where both teams have to defend and attack at the same time

If a tie-breaker is required - it means that the teams are pretty evenly matched... put them on depot & they'll be there for hours...

Being equally matched on the usual, single-objective maps is one thing, being equally matched on Depot is another.

not really... if the axis dig in & camp at the AA gun, you're in for a long game....
