Mana regeneration

I made the npc Ulnora my party healer, but she regenerates mana much slower than my main battle mage, and Merik who I just picked up in the icy cave.

She is now lvl10 in Nature Magic, with an Int on 16. Mana is closing in on 300, but those Flash spells drain her empty all the time. And when the others have 100% mana again, she is still at 50%.

Any suggestions on what I might do?

Merik has a cloak that boosts his mana regeneration, you'll need something like that for her. I had her for nature originally but gave up in the end and made her ranged.

Shes a ranger to, uses the bow when shes outta mana.

But my BattleMage regens mana way faster than her, and he also got more mana to... He dont have a mana regen vest (thought about stealing it from merik.. but havent yet )

When u run trough the crystal caverns, u need 2 halers most of the time, since the stupid "laser" monsters run away all the time... And the only way to get them is to chace them into new mobs.
