Man in nappy is hunted by police

A man dressed only in a nappy who has approached a number of women on Teesside is being hunted by police.
The man has hidden in bushes in Eaglescliffe before moving towards the women and asking: "Are there any baby changing facilities in the area?"

Do they have a mental asylum or one of those places where grown men dress up as babies in Eaglescliffe?

Eaglescliffe, fuck sake. my mate lives in yarm which is right next to that place. i live about 10 minutes away.

they have a prison there but the nearest mental asylum place is near where i live afaik.
