Knowing this fucked up government the killer will get 3 months in an open prison, then come out, get £4m compensation cos someone said something politically incorrect that offended him, and get a £500,000 house, and £1000 a week benefits.

When they catch the killer - and they will - provided there is 100% cast-iron forensic proof he killed those women, then - and for every kiddy rapist out there - bring back the death penalty.

no no, if he's as clever as they say he is they got the right guy but releases him due to insuffiecient evidence, :D

the dude gave an interview at the weekend i think(both the sun + bbc have an interview of him)

also, he was questioned several weeks ago when the first went missing(they also searched his house back then)

so... clever? no

What if the police is wrong, the dude will still have to live with the stigma, the namecalling etc for the rest of his life. Now he's named and shamed etc you cannot undo that anymore. Relaying information is wrong if that particular information should have never seen the light of day to begin with.

indeed, though the police didn't release the name... the news did(they did a search on the address probably)

i am fucking outraged, the news should NOT have done that... and did you see the camera's out side the police line... flys to fucking shit... bastards!

Police are rarely wrong.

remember the accident around a year and a bit ago? they shot that dude, cause of police incompitance... his name escapes me, but he wasn't a terrorist

its fare enough the police searching for the killer, but the news fucking that dudes life up(if he didn't do it) he's not even been charged yet ffs...

btw, i do believe his innocent... i just wish more info was released about the case, to try and change my opinion

Hmm.... could sky perhaps be charged with Hindering an active police investigation / Slanter? In the Netherlands atleast it's illegal to release the name of a suspect so that doesn't happen here. Should be the same anywhere in my opinion. Innocent until proven guilty. Not vice versa.

The man in custody is ONLY a suspect to the matter nothing else. At this moment in time the surrounding area near his house is being searched for evidence, so at this moment in time he is still inoccent until proven guilty by the hands of the law.
Currently he is the number one suspect but their is at this time no hard evidence directing to him being involved with the murders.

btw... just to add he gave an interview to BBC and the sun, for 'research' purpose, and now they betrayed him(imo its fine they gave it to the police, but no way should they have publicly released it) i hope people involved with the papers that released confidential infomation have a seriously shit x-mas

If you have any information please contact your local police station and ask for the caller ID on the case.

His Dads Super Copperman!, he killed Rambo + Chuck!

Btw Inga, In my eyes..the Police wouldn't have named him unless they knew 100% it was him..they just need to collect more evidence to proove their case and get him a longer sentance is my guess.

Whilst not knowing what was signed for, I believe the guy would have signed a legal disclaimer saying that the media to which he provided information, could use the Interview in anyway they like... :touch:

and also...

Was he not an illegal immagrant? still a shame he got killed, but this might have been why he showed up on the terrorist radar...

What Bugz said is incorrect the Police can indeed be wrong in some situations, the second arrest is again another link to the case, the idea is to narrow it down, both should be interviewed within the next couple of days.
