Mammoth Hunt - Can anyone help ?

Ran around at the weekend collecting Quests from all and Sundry including the above.

Kill Mammoth Bull's or Matriarchs.

Well downed about a dozen of em, and my pouches are cluttered up with Pelts and Tusks, but the quest has not moved on and I can't remember which NPC gave me the quest.

Any help would be appreciated.
