No he cannot.

Presumably because he/she has a stronger body because it grew under the influence of male hormones.

However if born a woman who also grew under male hormones you can compete as a woman even though you would still be stronger? Is there an underlying logic here?

Tbh even if you're a woman, if you have to shave your facial hair daily you probably should be banned from competing :p

They obv can't compete due to low testosterone levels anyway and should be allowed to run with the girls.

idd, there should be a steroids Olympics imo. Just think of all the records to be had.

If the question is 'Is that male or female' then I suggest you use the Andy Gray and Richard Keys test and see if they hit on it or not, or question its ability to explain the offside law or not.
