Also: Try get your dragon quests and go on ML10 raids for the dragon mythirian. A crazy number of people are too lazy to do it for themselves. Made about 500p from my efforts.

Go on ML10 raids when you can, you will get some glass and scales and might win a really valuable drop.

Farming Afrits/scales is also good depending on what you have.

I presume the shaman is a bot? If not make a bot, else your useless
Take the lock, spec WC, go Malm and farm mobs (they are matter weak, can 2-3 shot them with powerless LTs. Can kill a orange mob every 4-5 sec without using power.
Sell the scales or the item you with with it. Salvage the armor stuff

Takes forever yes, but imo it beats going on ml10 raid just to have it all stolen (had 2/3 draco kills stolen yesterday, by somebody not even in the BG)
And you have to be lucky on ml10 raids, i always roll 2xx out of 1k

An alternative would be to level a spellcrafter or something else that can make you some money.

level a spellcrafter to lgm, take 1p a piece and you'll have ~25-50p a day, easy

Crafting was always the easiest way. Start with Metal craft so that you can salvage all of the metal crap (weapons / armour) you come across and turn those into hinges. Then start leveling spell crafting, which is an excellent way to fund the other crafts. Once you have them all up to LGM, you can easily make 25-50 plat per day if you have the time and the inclination and you can make a fair amount of passive cash from potions / poisons on your merchant with alchemy when you aren't playing.

You need 800 - 900 metal craft for that. As I remember it takes six or seven hours and a couple of plat to achieve.

Do metalworking up to 300, then weaponcrafting to 300 and then armorcrafting to 300

Then you'll have 900 metalworking for no real costs

take a keep with a fg early in the US morning, you should get shit loads of glass if your lucky enough to get the "keys" that drop when you take said keep. sold it for 60p, which aint bad for 30 mins work.
