Make the Ranger Temp

Well i suck at making them so im wondering if any template gods could make one for my ranger

- Its celt ranger, melee pierce spec
- Items wanted : SoM, Mainhand Heater, Offhand CTD
- Good/great heat,cold,body,crush,thrust,slash resists (ofc )
- 25 dex/str cap if poss, 75 conc etc etc
- Have fun

Okay, here we go.

Got +28 dex on boots, as you want 101 dex with bow. No +cd skill in the template, but have to cut something. Prolly not the best template out there, but check it out and see if its worth it.
