Mainhand POC Mace/Hammer?

According to allakhazam the alb version is 3.4 speed, which is really bad

Is this the case? I have a distinct feeling it should be slower (considering hib is 4.2 or whatever)

Does anyone know the exact stats? That they are 100% sure of
